If you can demonstrate that you wish to contribute to the encyclopedia, I am more than happy for me (or another administrator) to reconsider this block. Ian¹³/t 11:21, 11 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

{{unblock|Hi!, what I am doing is removing trivia ,this is not vandalism according to the vandalism page. Look at this from that page that you linked to me "If a user treats situations which are not clear vandalism as such, then it is he or she who is actually harming the encyclopedia by alienating or driving away potential editors." particularly "While having large chunks of text you've written removed or substantially rewritten can be frustrating, simply making edits that noticeably alter the text or content of a pages should not be immediately labeled vandalism." and "Repeated deletion or addition of material may violate the three-revert rule, but this is not "vandalism" and should not be dealt with as such."}}

To give you a second chance, I have reduced block to 24 hours for disruptive editing. You are welcome to recontest this block. Ian¹³/t 12:27, 11 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thats ok, I sent you an email just before you unblocked me, you can disregard it or reply here. I don't mind waiting it out for a day, I've got other things I can be getting on with, but as the French say, "it takes two to tango"! Jimmy Hammers (talk) 12:35, 11 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I've now completely removed the block. It seems in all cases, it wasn't as clear cut as I first thought. Given that it wasn't just you being disruptive, it seems unfair to block you. Sorry about that. Please do try and keep to the talk page rather than participate in a revert war. Ian¹³/t 17:35, 11 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hey, when you add references, remember to add the end tag, </ref>, if you forget it you don't get an error but end up with the page from that point blanked. See your edit here. - Francis Tyers · 09:17, 20 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
