Speedy deletion nomination of Lewis Rose

A tag has been placed on Lewis Rose requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. Lewis Rose

I'm not really sure what you are talking about with this post, but I have made some clean up edits to the Rose article. What you see with the introductory paragraph and first section are more of what is needed, but backed up by sources. These sources need to be reliable sources as determined by Wikipedia and should be independent of Rose. Press releases fail on both counts. You need articles from newspapers, magazines, books, etc. to demonstrate notability and avoid deletion. Aboutmovies (talk) 07:10, 20 May 2009 (UTC)

No indication of notability. "References" are bare links to corporate websites.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
