If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on Linaria dalmatica requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hang on}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion, or "db", tag; if no such tag exists, then the page is no longer a speedy delete candidate and adding a hang-on tag is unnecessary), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. ~~Awsome EBE123~~(talk | Contribs) 19:06, 15 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Duplicate link[edit]

Hi, you recently added an external link to Elaeagnus umbellata that is a duplicate of one of the references. Did you mean to do that? My understanding is that there shouldn't be duplication. (P.S. What's the deal with Linaria dalmatica, that's certainly a weed that deserves a page!). Nadiatalent (talk) 22:28, 15 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent additions to External links section[edit]

You can use "clear" instead of lots of line spaces. See this.

Also, good job on the ext links. (I cleaned up a bit of rubble you left behind, but nothing major.)

Hi again. You're still leaving [ rubble] behind. Maybe slow down a weensy bit. Cheers. Anna Frodesiak (talk) 14:40, 16 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hi! Thanks for the comments. I am new to this...what do you mean about rubble? I tried looking at what you were talking about but I am not sure what you are referring to...I would really like to know so that I do not continue to leave rubble! Jboltonnal (talk) 14:57, 16 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
You're very welcome. By rubble, I mean a bit of stray code here and there, for example: here, here, and here. Nothing too serious.
If you need help with anything, just let me know. Best, Anna Frodesiak (talk) 15:04, 16 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
