Please do not create multiple articles about the same person with different titles, as you did with Mohammad Najibullah Siddiqui, Mohammad Najatuallah Siddiqui, and Muhammad Nejatullah Siddiqui. You can use a redirect when there is more than one possible spelling of a title.
