Dear user:GermanJoe I could really use some help. I have been targeted by someone who is falsely accusing the submissions I made of being SPAM, self-promotional. Do I need to have someone else other than our Library submit the contributions we tried to make to Wikipedia. Please contact me.

Request reason:
Need expert help as this account has been blocked. The story, in summary, is as follows. The Collection is not a commercial enterprise, nor does it sell any advertisements or promote any products or services. Nonetheless, it has been blocked as a SPAM when referenced as an external link.
Brief Background:
1. Despite everything seemingly available online for public consumption, visual examples of U.S. Treasury Bonds (the backbone instrument of the US National Debt) were almost never pictured anywhere. 2. The lone exceptions would be private numismatic auction houses and dealers, who occasionally would post online photos in the course of selling these items in the coin/currency collecting universe. 3. Due to this void- the idea that no university or educational institution, let alone the US Government publish its archives (or Smithsonian)- a non profit foundation was created for the SOLE PURPOSE of preserving the visual history of the securities that make up the US National Debt. 4. Various historical Treasury bonds were catalogued and presented online for the SOLE PURPOSE of education, allowing the world to see what the US National Debt looks like. NOTHING MORE.
In the last year, we uploaded previously unavailable images of United States Treasury Securities for the benefit of public education. Since uploading an entire library of the national debt is not practical, there was an external link to the images in certain articles where one might natural want to actually view the Treasury Securities mentioned in the article. This online library has now been accused of spamming Wikipedia. How exactly is a non-profit online library supposed to contribute its intellectual material if a mere link to the material is Spam. Given that there are no online public collections where someone can view historical examples of the U.S. national debt over time, doesn't common sense allow for an external link to a non-commercial page which displays the visual history of that debt? The Collection is recognized as a legitimate source by the Federal Reserve History website, the American Numismatic Association, and the Museum of American Finance. How is linking a page that displays Treasury Bonds something which has been viciously attacked?
Decline reason:
You were obviously promoting your we site thru WP:linkspam. That is advertising. By the way, it is irrelevant whether your organization is "commercial enterprise" or not. Vanjagenije (talk) 17:59, 5 April 2018 (UTC)
