Thank you![edit]

Hi Isaiahlaitinen99, I wanted to thank you for your contributions to the page 117th United States Congress. However, there is a minor issue with your edits. You added direct external links to congress.gov when using a template is the suggested way to contribute. Please use the template {{USBill}} in order to link to the congress.gov page of that bill. The syntax is {{USBill|congress number|bill type|bill number}}. For example: {{USBill|117|HR|51}} gives us H.R. 51. Using templates is easy and suggested in this case. Please consider to make your future Contributions with this template, so that others don't have to do the cleaning-up editing after your edits. In case you need any help, feel free to talk to me on my talk page. Again, thank you very much for your contributions. Best, ---CX Zoom(he/him) (let's talk|contribs) 17:12, 6 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Editing advice (June 2022)[edit]

Hello Isaiahlaitinen99,

I see that you've made a number of edits to List of Starbucks union petitions in the United States, and that several of those edits have been reverted for various reasons. Some advice:

  • Whenever you add new information to any article, you must include a citation to the source of that information. WP:VERIFY is the policy that specifically addresses this, and it's at the foundation of what Wikipedia exists for.
  • The table that lists union petitions in that article uses Template:ya and Template:na to show the outcome of each petition after a unionization vote has been held. For example, the entry for the third store listed in the table uses this markup for the cell noting the vote outcome (note how the reference is included in the text= parameter):

{{na|text=Against union<ref name=LucasRogers>{{Cite web |last1=Lucas |first1=Amelia |last2=Rogers |first2=Kate |title=Starbucks will have at least one unionized cafe in Buffalo, New York — a U.S. first for the chain |work=[[CNBC]] |date=2021-12-09 |url=https://www.cnbc.com/2021/12/09/starbucks-employees-at-a-buffalo-cafe-vote-to-unionize-a-first-for-the-coffee-chain-in-the-us.html |language=en |access-date=2021-12-10 |df=mdy-all |archive-date=December 10, 2021 |archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20211210184130/https://www.cnbc.com/2021/12/09/starbucks-employees-at-a-buffalo-cafe-vote-to-unionize-a-first-for-the-coffee-chain-in-the-us.html |url-status=live }}</ref> }}

I hope you find this helpful, and I look forward to continuing to see you here on Wikipedia. Mahalo, Musashi1600 (talk) 12:31, 10 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
