Speedy deletion of Muumuu house[edit]

A tag has been placed on Muumuu house requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a company or corporation, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for companies and corporations.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. This is the last warning you will receive for your disruptive edits.
The next time you create an inappropriate page, you will be blocked from editing. --PMDrive1061 (talk) 23:12, 3 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Once more: Please do not recreate material deleted per policy. Next inappropriate edit will result in the immediate and permanent loss of your edit privileges. --PMDrive1061 (talk) 23:15, 3 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

{{helpme}} my article is deleted, why is this happening, what am i supposed to do

You were recreating an article about a non-notable entity as a form of advertising and you did so repeatedly. AS a result, this account is blocked from further editing. Your talk page remains open if you wish to contest the block. PMDrive1061 (talk) 23:34, 3 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

{{helpme}} this is stupid, what am i supposed to do, please stop deleting, muumuu house is a meaningful and legitimate publisher, i am not trying to advertise, i want to be unblocked

  • OK, here's what I'll do. I'll unblock you, but you should work on the article off of the main article space on a user subpage: User:Interned/Muumuu House. It'll be up to you to cite verifiable third party sources as to the importance of this publisher. For example, a print or electronic article about a major author signed to the publishing house. When it's done, paste the appropriate content back to Muumuu House. The unblock may take a few minutes to take effect, so don't panic if you can't edit right away. WP:NOTABILITY may be of help. --PMDrive1061 (talk) 23:42, 3 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I've kept my word and I've unblocked the account. Sorry to come off so harsh, but this site gets bombarded hundreds of times a day with real spamming attempts, so we take these matters seriously. Good luck on the article. --PMDrive1061 (talk) 23:45, 3 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

{{helpme}} i still can't edit, is this normal? thank you for unblocking me

Autoblock removed, you should be able to edit now. PeterSymonds (talk) 23:56, 3 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

{{helpme}} muumuu house page is deleted and protected, i think i've fixed what needs to be fixed, i can't make the page though, what should i do

I looked over the subpage listed above, and it looks like you have 2 references, the company itself and a blog. It sounds like it could be notable, but you need other 3rd party sources first. Check out WP:N for more info on establishing notability and WP:RS for info on reliable sources.--Terrillja talk 21:09, 4 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

{{helpme}} i've edited the article and added another source, i feel it is better now

Ok, if you have a question, please ask and put the tag back.--Res2216firestar 21:10, 8 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Section break[edit]

{{helpme}} i've edited the page and i feel it is better, can it be unprotected now?

I don't think so. Blogs are not reliable sources, and the publisher's own website is just proof that they published the book (see here). There is nothing asserting notability about this author. //roux   21:45, 13 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Sorry, I was talking about the Ellen Kennedy article, as noted below. Looking at the other now. //roux   21:47, 13 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
And no, the Muumuu House article isn't ready, for the same reasons: blogs are not reliable sources, and a publisher that has published a single book is almost certainly not notable. I really suggest you go read our guide to creating new articles for much better explanations of what can and cannot be included in Wikipedia. //roux   21:50, 13 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed deletion of Sometimes My Heart Pushes My Ribs[edit]

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Sometimes My Heart Pushes My Ribs, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process because of the following concern:

reason

All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because, even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. — ERcheck (talk) 03:06, 14 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

AfD nomination of Sometimes My Heart Pushes My Ribs[edit]

Please contact me if you're unsure why you received this message. roux   05:50, 18 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
