Thanks for your help on the PCIPA act, you have done some great work and I appreciate it - I'm still left a little confused exactly which actions were already allowed, and which ones are the "newly allowed" - it's a bit difficult to understand - I made a minor or adjustment or two, but more might be necessary to "dumb it down" for simpletons like me to understand! :) Thanks! Hi, I made some small changes. The main one I'm not sure about is subsection 487(2.1) and whether it would really allow a police officer to search a building and "use any computer system at the building or place to search any data contained in or available to the computer system" without a warrant. I'm just taking this straight from the source, but maybe some link to an expert discussing this issue would be a good addition. --Infostormer (talk) 06:32, 26 February 2012 (UTC)
