Do not create new articles when one already exists on the subject, just edit the existing article. Creating a new article for every edit you want to make is disruptive. I think this may be a joke article, and I'm surprised it didn't dawn on me earlier. The content is crazy if you think about it a bit. Also, I can't find evidence of the existence of this "institution" on Google or on the JCPS website.
