Request reason:

I am not blocked, but my educational institution IP is. I created an account via e-mail, but I could not edit then either. I requested an unblock there, and they told me to log in. I could not edit that talk page from this account. My IP is User talk:192.77.143.150. Please help me. Thank you.

Decline reason:

Unblock declined for a few reasons. First, the account name you have chosen is probably just on the threshold of being inappropriate. Second, the IP address you note was blocked by a checkuser who determined that it was being used to abuse multiple accounts. That doesn't mean you did, it just means that I can't unblock that IP address. If you want to edit, please make a username which clearly meets our username policy and ask for an ip block exemption. You may not get one, but that will be your best bet. I'm very sorry that this has happened but we have only certain tools available to stop vandals and blocking IP ranges is one of them.— Protonk (talk) 02:47, 5 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
