Hi, on behalf of the ICT Society of Dharmaraja College, Kandy I was given the responsibility to update this page with the information about the history of this cricket encounter. I used a record book from our school (Dharmaraja College, Kandy) as the source for the list of captains for each year of the cricket team of our school. I have no idea about how to cite a physical source in wikipedia. But I also have a pdf file of the list as well. If that can be any use I can send it to you.
