I gave the page a thorough clean-up, partly also because of the tagging of the page, which criticizes i) inclusion of instructions (-> removed), ii) missing links to the page (-> added, cf. "What links here" in the Toolbox to the left), and iii) need for general clean-up (-> done).

I hope you agree with the changes.
