Hi. Why did you remove the photo I took of Loeb and placed into the article? Is there some reason you did not provide a rationale for switching the photo in your Edit Summary? The photo I took was in there first, and places him in a setting and in attire that is more visibly connected with his occupation, and he became noteworthy for. Unless you have a Good Faith rationale as to why the other photo is more appropriate, please do not revert arbitrarily, and make sure you place that rationale in your Edit Summary. Thanks. I am with Empath Studios. Jeph appreciates you taking that picture, but he says you know that he wasn't happy with it. This photo is the one that NBC provides when asked. This is Jeph's preference. Please understand and do not put your photo back up again. If you wish to discuss it directly with Jeph, I can provide his email address. Thanks hwilcox81

Jeph indicated that he wasn't happy with the one I initially took, but after Tim took several others, as did another friend of his nearby, and after I myself took others (after taking the flash off), he indicated he was satisfied with the last one I took. In any case, preference on the part of the subject is not a criteria for images in Wikipedia articles, and since you do not appear to be an editor with any experience on WP, please do not presume to tell me not what to do when editing articles. One of the employees at Midtown Comics contacted me to corroborate the assertion that Jeph prefers Mr. Wilcox's photo. I accept this, so now the only issue is one of copyright. Thanks for uploading File:Samloeb2004.jpg. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file has agreed to release it under the given license.

If you are the copyright holder for this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to [email protected], stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to [email protected].
