The subject of this draft is the parent company of Village Roadshow Pictures. There are two problems with the submissions of this draft, as well as a third issue that can be addressed.

First, this draft does not establish that separate articles are in order for the parent company and the production studio. The usual practice is that a parent company is the subject of an article, and that subsidiaries need to show corporate notability separately. In this case, the subsidiary already has an article, so one possibility would be to rename the article to make the parent company the subject. The submitter was asked to discuss at Talk:Village Roadshow Pictures, and has not discussed.

Second, the submitter was asked about conflict of interest, and has not answered the question. An inquiry at the conflict of interest noticeboard was archived without being resolved. This draft will not be accepted without resolving the issue of conflict of interest.

The third issue is whether these companies are affiliated with or are unrelated to Village Roadshow. If these are unrelated companies in Australia and in the United States with the same name, disambiguation is needed. If they are affiliated, this must be stated.

This draft is being declined because of the first and second problems, and will be rejected if it is resubmitted again without addressing the problems.
