ようこそ You don't need to read anything - anybody can edit; just go to an article and edit it. Be Bold, but please don't put silly stuff in - it will be removed very quickly, and will annoy people. Ask for help. Talk to us live, or edit this page, put {{helpme}} and describe what help you need. Someone will reply very quickly - usually within a few minutes. Play in your user area. For example, create User:Gsingh1980/test. Edit existing articles, before you make your own. Look at some subjects that you know about, and see if you can make them a bit better. Re. Nanoknife, I have done a bit of work on the new article, mostly adding wikilinks and improving the references with citations. See the article history to review my edits.

P.S. Is there any chance that you could help to expand it a bit; it would be nice if, right at the start, it provided a more plain statement of what, exactly, the thing is - before getting into the more technical aspects; currently, it's a bit hard for non-specialists to understand. I've been looking at the articles here, and here - perhaps more could be said about the medical side of things, re. tumors?

If the article could be made just a little longer, it could qualify for a "did you know..." entry, and would appear on the main page. Currently it is about 1000Kb of text; it would need to be more than 1500 - and the entries have to be articles created within the past 5 days.
