Wikipedias in other languages

If you speak another language in addition to English, that language's Wikipedia may also be of interest to you. For example, the German-language Wikipedia can be found at http://de.wikipedia.org and the Russian-language one at http://ru.wikipedia.org Someone who has lived in Germany might want to take a look at the articles in both the English and German Wikipedias about communities in Germany they are familiar with, and improve them if possible. --Eastmain (talk) 05:23, 28 July 2008 (UTC)

Lower case proper nouns

Why would you create an article that is a proper noun, like a persons name, in lower case?

I.E.: "Bruce bennett gorham clarke"

Is that how are tax dollars are used?

Chief Justice Miller Kansas Supreme Court
