I've done further research. The 1898 year was erroneous as a map with the factory was a 1898 map but had updates (paper pasted over original map). The map index shows when which parts of the map were updated. Hence "circa 1911" would be better. Glennturner (talk) 22:38, 10 May 2024 (UTC)[reply]
