Information icon Hi Gbrickner! I noticed that you recently marked an edit as minor that may not have been. "Minor edit" has a very specific definition on Wikipedia—it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as typo corrections or reverting obvious vandalism. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not a minor edit, even if it only concerns a single word. Please see Help:Minor edit for more information. Thank you. I see you started the AFD nomination process for Wide-angle Infinity Display Equipment. The way to fully nominate an article is at WP:AFDHOWTO. You did Step I. You did part of Step II. You need to finish Step II and Step III. Without completing the whole process it won't actually be nominated for deletion. ~ GB fan 20:20, 13 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Gbrickner -- I've converted this to a proposed deletion as the article's been in existence since 2004, to give a chance for other editors to improve it. In general speedy deletion of well-established articles is not recommended, as anything that's hung around that long and been edited by multiple editors has tacit support for inclusion that shouldn't lightly be overruled by one editor plus an admin. Thanks quite a lot, didn't see how long it had been around and it just read like an advertisement. Gbrickner (talk) 02:58, 14 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
