{{hangon}}

I have placed links on the page to verify the information on the front page....I hope this helps

I've remarked this for speedydeletion as although it seems verifiable I read the article as a personal bio and not notable by Wiki standards. Probably best to let others decide on notability and write this instead. You need to place {{hangon}} on the page Frank Sicoli and put some reasons on the talk page if you want to contest this. Frank, there's nothing personal in this, but first, the article is a resume instead of an article. Imagine if you were thumbing through an encyclopedia and came across a resume. Would that strike you as a proper "article"? It's usually better left to others to write articles about yourself. There are a number of policies involved that you might take a glance at. A few that might be of particular relevance here are WP:AUTO and WP:VAIN. You also might look at Wikipedia:Deletion policy. --Fuhghettaboutit

I have read a number of bio's on your site (i.e. Carla Collins)....most of what you find on this page...is the series of events and programs I have been apart of....would you rather I place the orginal press releases instead??

Frank, you're right that there are a number of bio's here but the difference is that they (mostly) have been written by third parties. As Fuhghettaboutit has said this is not personal but an article like this is not really encyclopediac.My reading on notability for a bio is that someone who doesn't know you must think it's worthy of an entry.Peripitus 02:48, 5 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Your Biography

[edit]

Hello, Frank Sicoli. The Wikipedia community welcomes newcomers, and encourages them to become Wikipedians. On Wikipedia, each user is entitled to a user page in which they can describe themselves, and this article's content may be incorporated into that page. You are welcome to post your CV on your userpage, but please don't submit it as an encyclopedic article. Thanks. -- PFHLai 03:25, 5 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The article Frank Sicoli has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Autobiographical article for a person of questionable notability. No independent or verifiable third-party sources provided. Also a recreation of an article from the same editor deleted in 2006.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
