Hi Qcne!
I'm not sure to understand the rejection. Daniel Aletaha has his own webpage on the german Wikipedia (https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Daniel_Aletaha). I'm only doing a translation in english here.
There are references in the text that he is the president of the European Alliance of Associations for Rheumatology (https://www.eular.org/a-message-from-our-president). I don't really understand what else you need ?
Thank you for helping me clarifying this!

Hello Francois Bonnay. The nature of your edits, such as the one you made to Draft:Daniel Aletaha (english version), gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.

Paid advocates are strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Francois Bonnay. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Francois Bonnay|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. DoubleGrazing (talk) 12:22, 22 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Double-Grazing.
I am a project manager, paid by the Medical University of Vienna, working together with Daniel Aletaha. I have now added this disclosure to my user page. Francois Bonnay (talk) 12:29, 22 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you. -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 12:54, 22 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you! Anything else I need to do? Or just wait for now? Francois Bonnay (talk) 12:48, 22 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
If you can please support the date of birth with a reliable published source (it may be that one of the sources already cited provides it, I didn't look), then I'm pretty much ready to accept this. -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 12:55, 22 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I added the only sources published on Internet I found; those are CVs that were uploaded. One of them was uploaded on EMEUNET (the EULAR website) (https://emeunet.eular.org/sysModules/obxEmeunet/docs/member_2/Aletaha.pdf), which is independent of our University. Is that sufficient ?
