Contested deletion

I do not feel like the comments provided by Carlton are justified. Ray Moore is a legitimate author of 2 published business books (soon to be three). Nowhere on the page have I linked promoting where you can buy the books. Whilst Fluid Business Coaching is related to Ray, is it where the information in the article has come from, hence why it is referenced as under wikipedia terms it has to be referenced.
