User block notice

You have been blocked indefinitely for misuse of Wikipedia, in that you:

Sought payment from an article subject whom you wrote about, without disclosing your paid editing;
Filed a request for deletion of Francisco Gonzalez-Lima in bad-faith after such payment was not made; and
