Parliamentary diagrams

Number 57 I did not use the wrong color, I extracted it from the party references. Historically, PAICV is identified more with yellow than red. For the PCD, I relied on the symbol that appears on the Electoral Commission website. You can check the Wikipedia article in Spanish. Regards.--FelipeRev (talk) 04:36, 11 September 2020 (UTC)

Election maps

Hello Felipe, I'm an user who really appreciates your election maps and diagrams, especially your Gambian and Ghanaian ones. I am fairly active in editing Nigerian election pages and was wondering if you would consider making maps for them. As one of the world's biggest democracies, it is imperative for Nigerian election pages (on gubernatorial, National Assembly, and most importantly, presidential elections) to have more detailed maps that show more than currently. Wonderful, thanks! If you need any help with results ask me or WikiProject Nigeria. For recent presidential elections, state by state results should be here. For National Assembly elections, finding the House and State constituency maps could be difficult but by later this month, I will attempt to finalize the 2019 Senate and House elections as I recently came across old court decisions that changed the results. For gubernatorial elections, it depends as some (like the 2021 Anambra State gubernatorial election) will be straightforward but others could be more difficult; elections from 2015 to 2021 should be available but if you need help just ask. Thank you so much for the maps! For 2007 presidential, I honestly don't think that data exists, the election was so poorly rigged that INEC didn't even release state by state "results;" maybe in 25 years someone will find the results in a cabinet in INEC headquarters. If you'd like too, the elections that are left are gubernatorial and legislative. For 2019 legislative, I haven't compiled the results yet (when I do I'll send them) but for gubernatorial, there are a few with LGA results that I sent earlier. You could also make other maps: ones for gubernatorial election overview pages (2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023) like the ones on [United States gubernatorial elections results map.svg|American pages] and/or current situation maps for the House (current members), Senate (current members - base map), or Governor's offices (current list). Watercheetah99 When the Nigerian government restores access to Twitter, I will be able to access some contacts that I have over there and see if they know anything. For now, I have the map started (I found a press release that awarded the PDP two southern states with 94 and 96% of the votes). Let's hope to complete the map one day. States carried

Hello. With regards to your addition of states carried to Venezuelan election articles, is it a requirement of Venezuelan presidential elections that candidates win X number of states? If not, I don't think this should be in the infobox (which is not really meant to contain any information not already in the article somewhere else). Cheers, Number 57 17:02, 17 April 2022 (UTC)

Number 57 Hello! Under this criterion, the states carried out in the US elections would not have any significance either, since the number of states does not influence to win the election, but rather the number of electoral votes (and a majority of electoral votes is numerically possible without winning the majority of the states). The US is an odd case, as while you are right that there is no requirement to win X number of states, the number of states won does matter because of the stupid electoral college system. Requests

Hello there, I have two requests,

Firstly I wanted to inform you of an error in the 2016 Samoan general election map. The individual votersʼ seats were actually dissolved before the 2016 election and were replaced by the Urban East and Urban West constituencies. Unlike the individual voters’ seats, the urban constituencies were not nationwide but were instead situated in Apia and overlapped the constituency there. I have not found any maps of the urban east and urban west electorates. Unless you or another does, I suggest, in the meantime, removing the miniature Samoa map and replacing it with two blue circles with a caption that reads ‘Urban seats’.

Secondly, I would like to request the creation of maps (similar to the Electoral boundaries of Saint Lucia map) of how the Samoan electoral boundaries appeared from 1996-2016, 2016-2021 and the divisions used since the 2021 election.

Nueva Mayoría

I think the point of the references was to prove it was named Nueva Mayoría in English as the common name. As you point out I think it is kind of excessive to include such an amount of references just to prove that point. Leaders' seat parameter

If you take a look at the pages using this parameter, nearly all don't mention the info in the body of the article. This seems like a rule that's not followed and I don't see why Botswana specifically should not use this parameter because of the RfC outcome (of which I find preposterous, in all honesty). You're welcome to start another RfC on the subject, but not to ignore the outcome of the most recent one regardless of how absurd you believe the outcome to be. I would imagine the guidance is primarily ignored on articles that used the parameter prior to the guidance being updated. Re this map, I wonder if it would be better to denote the RSK with hatching? The current colour scheme makes it look like it was either an HSP stronghold (as the HSP colour is black) or possibly a very heavy HDZ vote (as it could be seen as very very dark blue).
