Please do not post copyrighted material to Wikipedia without permission from the copyright holder, as you did to Carl DeMaio. Even if it weren't for the copyright violation, this article would still be eligible for speedy deletion as a blatant advertisement. Mr. DeMaio might well be notable enough to merit an article, but Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not a provider of free web space for promotional purposes, and the content of all articles should reflect this by maintainin a neutral point of view.
