A question about visa policy of Hong Kong[edit]

Hello, Enderian! I have a question. Why Kosovan citizens is refused to entry to Hong Kong? But I found out Visa requirements of Kosovan citizens that page says Kosovo needs an advance visa to access to Hong Kong. I want to know more reasons about that, please. Hi, good question. According to Timatic, it lists that Kosovan citizens are refused entry but I'm not sure if other sources have listed Kosovo as such.
