User talk:Elton Bunny
- I have been editing Wikipedia for quite a few years. My first edit from this account was on 10 June 2010, but I started editing anonymously, and made an account only when I found my local library was blocked from editing. I have used this account only when I have been editing from the library, which explains why the account is used only occasionally. Elton Bunny (talk) 16:31, 26 April 2012 (UTC) bno

Cecil Cooney Deletion
[edit]Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Cecil Cooney This was relisted for "a more thorough discussion" I responded to your negative statement, and have tried to make other points but you have not replied. Is this really a discussion. Is this as good as it gets at Wikipedia.--Jacky Smythe (talk) 04:16, 28 July 2010 (UTC)
- I hadn't responded because I hadn't been on Wikipedia, and hadn't seen your comments. Wikipedia editing is not a full-time occupation. You may like to read WP:CIVIL. Elton Bunny (talk) 15:52, 3 November 2010 (UTC)
Solex Medical Academy deletion
[edit]Wikipedia:Articles for speedy deletion/SOLEX_Medical_Academy the page was created with information about a massage school. if you can point out what is 'salesy', i can change it. but the links verify its credibility in the community and its educational existence. i also commented on the article talk pageJdisand1 (talk) 18:03, 14 February 2011 (UTC)
Proposed deletion of Elliot Minor
[edit]I have removed the proposed deletion tag you placed on Elliot Minor, as it was discussed at AfD in 2007 and per policy is permanently ineligible for deletion via prod. Compliance with policy is the only reason I did this; it should not be interpreted as my endorsement for keeping the article. If you wish to pursue deletion, please open another AfD by following the 3 steps at WP:AFDHOWTO. I recommend going over WP:BEFORE before doing so. —KuyaBriBriTalk 16:25, 8 April 2011 (UTC)
proposed deletion of C. B. Sobhan
[edit]Actually, that page is a copy of his web page at IIT, http://www.nitc.ac.in/index.php/?url=users/view/57/12/3., which is never permitted at Wikipedia , and should have been tagged accordingly, we a "db-copyvio" tag. When patrolling new articles, it is equally important to mark for deletion articles that meet our major reasons for immediate deletion, as to avoid tagging those that do not. OPlease read [[WP:Deletion policy[[, WP:CSD, and WP:BEFORE , prior to resuming patrolling.
As a guide, for articles such as this, was there is a bio written is formal style about someone, there's a firsly good chance it might come from the person's web page, and it's worth checking. DGG ( talk ) 22:46, 10 October 2011 (UTC)
Hi, I've rewritten the above article since you !voted speedy delete at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Began Phali on the basis of a copyright violation. Could you please reassess the article on that basis? Thanks Catfish Jim and the soapdish 12:48, 4 November 2011 (UTC)
Speedy deletion declined: A Day for a Miracle
[edit]Hello Elton Bunny. I am just letting you know that I declined the speedy deletion of A Day for a Miracle, a page you tagged for speedy deletion, because of the following concern: Article has been edited since it was tagged and is no longer a copyvio. Thank you. — Malik Shabazz Talk/Stalk 16:35, 26 April 2012 (UTC)

COI tag
[edit]Apparently I am not the only one who thinks the tag is unnecessary. Your tag has been removed by another admin; I do not see why you'd like to keep the COI tag because the article appears to be in a reasonably good shape. If you have some specific complaints, start a discussion on the article's talk page so your concerns can be addressed. Otherwise re-adding the tag would probably be considered just disruptive. --BorgQueen (talk) 12:57, 1 May 2012 (UTC)
PCSO-524
[edit]Hello, Elton. You and I both made "delete" recommendations at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/PCSO-524. I have now realised that the information on which I based my "delete" was misleading, and I have changed to "keep". My reasoning for changing is given in the last comment in this version of the page. I mention this because you may like to look at it, and consider whether you think your "delete" was likewise based on misleading information, and if so whether you may like to consider changing it. Invitation to wikiFeed
[edit]Hello Elton Bunny,
I'm part of a team that is researching ways to help Wikipedia editors find interesting content to contribute to Wikipedia. More specifically, we are investigating whether content from news sources can be used to enhance Wikipedia editing. We have created a tool, called wikiFeed, that allows you to specify Twitter and/or RSS feeds from news sources that are interesting to you. wikiFeed then helps you make connections between those feeds and Wikipedia articles. We believe that using this tool may be a lot of fun, and may help you come up with some ideas on how to contribute to Wikipedia in ways that interest you. Please participate! To do so, complete this survey and follow this link to our website. Once you're there, click the "create an account" link to get started.
For more information about wikiFeed, visit our project page. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask via my talk page, or by email at [email protected]. We appreciate your time and hope you enjoy playing with wikiFeed!
Thanks! Jeremey Bentham (talk) 20:06, 24 July 2012 (UTC)
PROD declined for Jeff Cragg
[edit]Hi. I just wanted to let you know that I declined the PROD on Jeff Cragg. I added several refs from reliable media outlets in Delaware so that the article meets WP:GNG standards. This is not to say that the article would survive an WP:AFD process, but there is sufficient notability to get past the PROD standards. Regards, GregJackP Boomer! 15:53, 3 August 2012 (UTC)
Messages for foreign-language contributors
[edit]There is a useful series of messages at WP:PNT/T to give people who contribute in foreign languages. They have links to the relevant Wikipedia, and most of them are bilingual. I have added {{contrib-ro1}} to the talk page of that Romanian. Regards, JohnCD (talk) 16:04, 19 January 2013 (UTC)
