I noticed that you tried to edit the article for Sam Houston. Unfortunately, the edit was reverted by another editor. You added the bit about "18 minutes", but it was removed because the first few paragraphs in an article (which is usually called the "lead" <-click there to read more about it) is a summary. It is usually not a good place for specific information like that.
