MindManager

[edit]

Hi, Thanks for your comments about my changes to the the MindManager article. I will take these comments on-baord and as soon as I get some time I will have another go, if that is acceptable. Many thanks. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Tyroneking (talkcontribs) 09:26, 4 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Weeds / Weed (disambiguation)

[edit]

Hi, I took a quick look at how many of the options on the dab page could actually appear in plural, and it is basically just the unwanted plant. Furthermore, a look here should convince you that almost all pages that link to Weeds actually mean to link to Weeds (TV Series), with the exception of a couple, which I will fix. eae 06:59, 5 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

1. Redirecting Weeds to Weeds (TV series) contradicts our naming conventions (because this renders the parenthetical disambiguation unnecessary). The correct course of action (assuming that Weeds should be used for this purpose) is to move the actual article to that title.
2. Internal links are not the only consideration. Links to Weeds intended for Weed are relatively unlikely to exist and easy to repair, but it's likely that many readers (particularly those unfamiliar with our naming conventions) will attempt to reach the Weed article by typing "Weeds" into the search box (because plural references to the plants are extremely common). —David Levy 07:18, 5 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Please do not "move" a page by copying and pasting content. This breaks the revision history, which is required for compliance with the GFDL. If you wish to rename the page, please follow the instructions from Wikipedia:Requested moves (as advised above). Thank you. —David Levy 06:39, 11 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions in a content dispute within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Please do not repeatedly revert edits, but use the talk page to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. ➪HiDrNick! 03:45, 20 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, Eaefremov, thank you for your message. I apologize if my warning you and not warning ILike2BeAnonymous (talk · contribs) appeared to be one-sided; it was not intended to be that way. ILike2BeAnonymous already had been issued a WP:3RR warning earlier (diff), so reminding him of the rule would have been redundant and unnecessary. Had he continued to revert, he would have been blocked from editing with a quickness. I don't doubt that you were making a good-faith effort to improve the article, but revert-warning over any change is not the way to do it. Constructive discussion on the talk page is best. Still, I see where you would be upset, and will try to be more even-handed in the future. Cheers, ➪HiDrNick! 00:02, 21 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:BestofHendrix.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:BestofHendrix.jpg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. Public-domainness of USSR materials

[edit]

{{help}} Why is the option "was made in the soviet union before 19xx" no longer available when choosing licensing? Is that material not considered public domain anymore?

I don't know why that particular option is no longer available for licensing, but as for what falls into the public domain, see this table. You'll probably get a more informed answer to your question if you post it on Wikipedia talk:Copyrights. SWAdair | Talk 08:47, 4 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Excellent. Now it fits much better with the Russian article. I'll try to find a few citations as long as I can navigate through Russian websites in due course. Hopefully they will have some English sections. Goodbye for now. Dr.K. (talk) 09:49, 10 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I Love Huckabees

[edit]

I meant to say that reference #1 is not a blog, not reference #3.

I said that the film is *usually* pronounced I Heart Huckabees, implying that is is sometimes pronounced I Love Huckabees.

You asked for references, to show that it is sometime pronounced I Love Hucakbees all you have to do is a web serach for "I Love Huckabees" and you will find many hits showing that indeed it is sometimes pronounced this way. Any of those web hits suffice, blogs or not, as all I am trying to demonstrate is that some people pronounce it differently, and a blog is adequate fo rthis purpose.

I pronounce it I Love Huckabees, my friends pronounce it I Love Huckabees, why is that so difficult for you to accept?

Do the web search and see for yourself! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.37.253.117 (talk) 16:07, 13 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

  1. Blogs don't suffice for anything on Wikipedia. They're not adequate for any purpose here.
  2. I didn't erase the first reference, which isn't a blog, I erased the two that are blogs. You should really look at the diff of an edit before using the "undo" function.
  3. You should really have an account on Wikipedia before you start posting on user talk pages. That way you're not hiding behind your IP and therefore waiving your right to credibility. EAE (Holla!) 20:08, 13 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Users are not required to register an account. Do not misrepresent Wikipedia's policies like this. All user's contributions are welcome, and it is highly inappropriate to insinuate otherwise in order to discredit or intimidate someone with whom you have a disagreement. Further, sources that call themselves "blogs" are sometimes adequate, if they are subject to editorial review (see the section below by riffic). --Cheeser1 (talk) 18:29, 29 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Notice how Cheeser1 purports to give a direct order to EAE by writing: Do not misrepresent Wikipedia's policies like this. I wonder if there is a Wikipedia policy that entitles one user to give military style order to another user. Is that considered civil? Are some more equal than others? --Achim (talk) 01:20, 30 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
There's actually an entire set of tools to do so: User:Black_Kite/Toolbox. Stop Wiki-stalking me. If you jump into one more situation to continue your WQA-retailation, I will report you for harassment at the ANI. --Cheeser1 (talk) 01:53, 30 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

blogs as reliable sources

[edit]

I replaced the link to Wired's blog with updates from the Hans Reiser trial, which is perfectly acceptable according to WP:V "Blogs" in this context refers to personal and group blogs. Some newspapers host interactive columns that they call blogs, and these may be acceptable as sources so long as the writers are professionals and the blog is subject to the newspaper's full editorial control. Where a news organization publishes the opinions of a professional but claims no responsibility for the opinions, the writer of the cited piece should be attributed (e.g. "Jane Smith has suggested..."). Posts left by readers may never be used as sources. [1] riffic (talk) 23:43, 23 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Reggae Rock article

Someone took down your deletion proposal on the Reggae rock page. Check out How to list pages for deletion for a different way to nominate an article for deletion. It's a bit more complicated, but nobody will be allowed to just remove the proposal without it being debated by other editors. Spylab (talk) 13:57, 31 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there, I have been doing new page patrol and came across this article you created. It does not have any references and, as such, my inclination would be to send it to Articles for Deletion, as the subject matter is somewhat controversial; however, I thought I would ask if this just happened to be an article you started work on but never quite finished up first. If you can reference it (say in the next week or so) then we can both avoid the AFD stuff, which is an ideal situation because it would mean we had another interesting quality Wikipedia article. I'll keep an eye on the article, or feel free to touch base on my talk page if you'd like. Risker (talk) 03:19, 2 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Black Gold (Hendrix album)

[edit]

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Black Gold (Hendrix album), suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. If you agree with the deletion of the article, and you are the only person who has made substantial edits to the page, please add {{db-author}} to the top of Black Gold (Hendrix album). Disputed fair use rationale for Image:Kaz's Underworld Doofus.gif

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Kaz's Underworld Doofus.gif. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot (talk) 23:06, 13 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Mindjet

[edit]

{{helpme}} Is it possible to retrieve the last version of a page that was deleted? The page in question was Mindjet, which was deleted for allegedly not asserting its notability, which is a fair concern except that apparently nobody monitors that page besides me, and I was on vacation when the deletion went through. MindManager, the company's primary product, was similarly nominated but withstood the deletion attempt because someone added an award it won; I believe that same award makes Mindjet notable, as well as a number of other assertions of notability I'd like to add, but first I'd like to retrieve the contents of the page as it was before deletion. Help with The Wailers

[edit]

{{help}} Hello, I would like to move The Wailers to The Wailers (disambiguation), and then move The Wailers (reggae band) to The Wailers. "The Wailers" accurately describes only the original band (and the much lesser-known Tacoma band who can stay at The Wailers (rock band)). But because The Wailers (disambiguation) already exists, I can't make this change except by copy-paste. EAE (Holla!) 07:10, 14 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I think it's perfectly OK as it is. The name really doesn't matter; for example, consider a featured article, like Genesis (band). Convention is to have such disambigs where necessary; it is reasonably likely that, one day, there will be other entities called "The Wailers" too, and hence we'd have to re-shuffle things again.
If you wish to appeal to move it, then you could do so by starting a discussion on Talk:The Wailers, and then posting a note on Talk:The Wailers (reggae band), Talk:The Wailers (rock band) and Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Music, and see what others think (ie asking them to please look in on the discussion, with a link to Talk:The Wailers#Whatever-you-call-the-section).
For more help, you can either;
  • Leave a message on my own talk page; OR
  • Use a {{helpme}} - please create a new section at the end of your own talk page, put {{helpme}}, and ask your question - remember to 'sign' your name by putting ~~~~ at the end; OR
  • Talk to us live, with this or this.

Articles about human names

Here's the thing - that article is no longer just about surnames. Don Juan DeMarco is a film (it has a character with that surname, but the article linked to is about the film, not the character). Demarco (artist) isn't a surname either, that is a stage name. EAE (Holla!) 21:56, 5 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Dub/Hip-hop

[edit]

Your assertion that hip-hop is not a derivative of Dub is false, and your edit to the dub page removing that information was an act of bias and ignorance. (Drn8 (talk) 13:26, 24 May 2010 (UTC))[reply]

  • Further you seem to have confused 'vocal or instrumental snippets from the original version' with regular vocals. This is in error. Vocal samples in dub re-mixes are single words or phrases heavily effected and used as sound effects, rather than full verses of lyrics. The MC usually performs live, over instrumental records. (Drn8 (talk) 13:47, 24 May 2010 (UTC))[reply]
" I'll leave it as-is for now"...
Good, that's what you should have done in the first place. You should engage in discussion before removing somene else's work to ensure consensus
"An instrumental is a musical composition or recording without lyrics, singing, or any other sort of vocal input; all of the music is produced by musical instruments."
A brief vocal sample does not equal a lyric, and technically re-using a pre-recorded sample can't really be considered *VOCAL* input, however it's not that simple. Furthermore, wikipedia is not a dictionary, nor is it a source of reference.
"he two "references" which are supposed to back up the use of the word "instrumental" and the claim that dub is a subgenre of reggae are completely worthless. (What is "Jesus dub"? What interview with Carlos Lopez, who is he, why does his opinion matter, who interviewed him, for what publication? and in any case, an interview is a primary source.) "
There are perfectly good templates to use in these cases that don't involve your making unilateral decisions.
". Furthermore, "instrumental subgenre of reggae" and "separate genre that involves revisions" are not mutually exclusive definitions, and they shouldn't be presented as if they were. It's true that dub was once a subgenre of reggae and nothing else, but any dub recording which can't be called reggae (I'm thinking some of Thievery Corporation's work, for example, esp. the dubs made based on their music) means dub is not strictly a subgenre of reggae, though many dub tracks certainly can be considered part of the reggae umbrella."
This is your viewpoint, and you are acting unilaterally on it, against the rules of wikipedia.

Prisoner functionary

[edit]

I'm puzzled by your comment, "did this actually save money, or did it just allow that SS personnel to be given other assignments elsewhere?" I am unable to see the distinction your question implies. If you have access to slave labor, by definition, you're saving money because you're getting free labor and don't have to hire people for that work. Your paid staff can then be assigned elsewhere.

The official website of the Mauthausen concentration camp memorial states in the very first sentence after the headline (in the reference at the end of the second sentence you questioned), "This so-called 'prisoner self-administration' allowed savings in the number of supervising staff and prevented solidarity developing among the prisoners." Are you looking for Nazi financial ledger sheets documenting the savings?

I am presuming that you also made the edits to the German nouns, since the time stamp was so close. Regarding capitalization, my understanding is that things have to make sense to the English readers who frequent here. Therefore, German nouns, unless they are proper nouns, would drop their initial caps in English texts. By the same token, German adjectives that come from proper nouns, but as adjectives in German, do not carry an initial cap, upon translation to English, would acquire an initial cap. Removal of red-linked categories

[edit]

G'day Eafremov, you recently removed a number of red-linked categories for orders and decorations on the Haile Selassie I article. It is widespread practice on Wikipedia to categorise people into all of the orders and decorations that they have received, however categories have not always been created for this. Maintaining and improving the category schema for orders, decorations and medals is a significant part of my Wikipedia editing. If you encounter further biographical articles with red-linked orders, decorations or medals, rather than removing them can you drop me a message on my talk page and I will review them and raise new categories where appropriate. As an aside, I noticed you using the lapsed musician user box that I created - I'm chuffed :). Cheers, AusTerrapin (talk) 23:36, 6 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Not sure what "chuffed" means but cheers :) As for the edits I made, I approached this from the point of view that the categories list on Haile Selassie I is an unmitigated disaster, and while it may be common practice to add every category for every honor received by a person, that practice clearly doesn't take into account outliers such as Haile Selassie I. With the skin I use, the cat list takes up about 75% of the screen space when I'm looking at the top of the article. I agree that it's useful for H.I.M. to appear on the category page itself, so that someone can browse TO Haile Selassie I from elsewhere on WP, but I posit that it is spectacularly useLESS to see a category for every honor he ever received at the top of article, especially given that there is a complete list of honors in the body. I am not sure what the best solution is, but I guess I agree that ugly is better than inconsistent. EAE (Holla!) 06:21, 7 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
'Chuffed' could be described as 'pleased' or 'very pleased'. One might be chuffed to be awarded a barnstar, but if someone was awarded something significant (eg a major national research grant, etc), a stronger term would probably be required to describe their response. Re, the article at hand, I can definitely see how it would be annoying to open an article and have the bulk of the screen taken up with categories. I uses top categories on Commons (where I also do a lot of categorisation work) but leave them at the bottom on Wikipedia. It highlights my concern with the technical operation of categories in Wikipedia. I think that what may be useful is a system which allows categories to be grouped in collapsible structures with some form of standardised grouping applicable to different categories of articles, eg biographies might have groups for bio data categories, regional categories, occupational categories, award categories, etc. In the meantime, there is no easy answer. Cheers, AusTerrapin (talk) 07:51, 7 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Nomination of Clare Quilty for deletion

[edit]

A discussion has begun about whether the article Clare Quilty, which you created or to which you contributed, should be deleted. While contributions are welcome, an article may be deleted if it is inconsistent with Wikipedia policies and guidelines for inclusion, explained in the deletion policy.

The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Clare Quilty until a consensus is reached, and you are welcome to contribute to the discussion.

You may edit the article during the discussion, including to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion template from the top of the article. Sottolacqua (talk) 10:19, 4 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

File permission problem with File:Togolese passport.png

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Togolese passport.png. I noticed that while you provided a valid copyright licensing tag, there is no proof that the creator of the file agreed to license it under the given license.

If you created this media entirely yourself but have previously published it elsewhere (especially online), please either

  • make a note permitting reuse under the CC-BY-SA or another acceptable free license (see this list) at the site of the original publication; or
  • Send an email from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en@wikimedia.org, stating your ownership of the material and your intention to publish it under a free license. You can find a sample permission letter here. If you take this step, add {{OTRS pending}} to the file description page to prevent premature deletion.

If you did not create it entirely yourself, please ask the person who created the file to take one of the two steps listed above, or if the owner of the file has already given their permission to you via email, please forward that email to permissions-en@wikimedia.org.

If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Non-free content, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:File copyright tags#Fair use, and add a rationale justifying the file's use on the article or articles where it is included. See Wikipedia:File copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have provided evidence that their copyright owners have agreed to license their works under the tags you supplied, too. You can find a list of files you have created in your upload log. Files lacking evidence of permission may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. You may wish to read the Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.  Ronhjones  (Talk) 20:48, 17 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hello. As a Russian-speaking WikiGnome, I'd like to solicit your help in testing a new tool. For a few years now, the Red Link Recovery Project has been using the Red Link Recovery Live tool to track down and fix unnecessarily red links in articles. Recently, the tool has been expanded to work on non-English Wikipedias. A small set of suggested fixes for red-links on the Russian-language Wikipedia have been prepared and I'm hoping to interest some Russian-language speakers (such as yourself) to work through them.

If you are interested, please visit http://toolserver.org/~tb/RLRL/quick.php?lang=ru. Each time you refresh the page you'll be presented with three new suggested fixes. I'll be happy to answer any questions on the tools talk page. - TB (talk) 21:14, 20 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion nomination of DJ Sep

[edit]

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.

You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.

A tag has been placed on DJ Sep requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a band or musician, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. Epeefleche (talk) 06:57, 6 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Wikipedia Stories Project

[edit]

Hi!

My name is Victor and I'm a storyteller with the Wikimedia Foundation, the non-profit organization that supports Wikipedia. I'm chronicling the inspiring stories of the Wikipedia community around the world, including those from readers, editors, and donors. Stories are absolutely essential for any non-profit to persuade people to support the cause, and we know the vast network of people who make and use Wikipedia have so much to share.

Since you live in Oakland, I would very much like to speak with a local editor!

I'd very much like the opportunity to interview you to tell your story, with the possibility of using it in our materials, on our community websites, or as part of this year’s fundraiser to encourage others to support Wikipedia. Please let me know if you're inclined to take part in the Wikipedia Stories Project.

Thank you for your time,

Victor Grigas

Orphaned non-free media (File:Mindmanager icon.png)

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Mindmanager icon.png. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. [edit]

I have decided to put on a mini-contest within the November 2013 monthly disambiguation contest, on Saturday, November 23 (UTC). I will personally give a $20 Amazon.com gift card to the disambiguator who fixes the most links on that server-day (see the project page for details on scoring points). Since we are not geared up to do an automated count for that day, at 00:00, 23 November 2013 (UTC) (which is 7:00 PM on November 22, EST), I'll take a screenshot of the project page leaderboard. I will presume that anyone who is not already listed on the leaderboard has precisely nine edits. At 01:00, 24 November 2013 (UTC) (8:00 PM on November 23, EST), I'll take a screenshot of the leaderboard at that time (the extra hour is to give the board time to update), and I will determine from that who our winner is. I will credit links fixed by turning a WP:DABCONCEPT page into an article, but you'll have to let me know me that you did so. Here's to a fun contest. Note that according to the Daily Disambig, we currently have under 256,000 disambiguation links to be fixed. If everyone in the disambiguation link fixers category were to fix 500 links, we would have them all done - so aim high! Cheers! bd2412 T 02:21, 18 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Removing sources

[edit]

Namaste. Please do not remove properly cited sources simply because the links are no longer working as you did at Cole Beasley. Instead, please try fix or replace the links, see: WP:DEADREF. The Wayback Machine is an excellent resource to recover some dead links, see: Help:Using the Wayback Machine. Thank you. -- dsprc [talk] 03:09, 24 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed deletion of Demarco (musician)

[edit]

The article Demarco (musician) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Not notable. Lacks coverage in independent reliable sources. Sole album was not released. Plethora of appearances are on non notable works.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. duffbeerforme (talk) 14:20, 26 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
