The reason left by Buidhe was: This topic is not sufficiently notable for inclusion in Wikipedia. The comment the reviewer left was: Coverage is either: 1) primary, 2) focused on the founder, 3) passing mention of the organization (in the context of legislation, etc.). None of these count towards notability per WP:NCORP. Some sources cited don't mention the organization, making it original research. We would need significant, in-depth coverage of the organization itself in order to consider it notable, and per my search it doesn't exist.
