To Users who Erase Indigenous Peoples (esp. from Lesser Known Tribes)[edit]

It is no surprise that a user by the name of Yuchitown, Yuchi being the same people who invaded Cusabo villages, is trying to say that Cusabo tribes are extinct. People of the tribes named as Cusabo still exist and a Yuchi, just like any other colonizer, has no right to say whether we do or not. You are not one of us. Cusabo is a GENERAL name applied to South Carolina coastal tribes. So for you to say that NO Cusabo tribes exist is participating in the erasure of Indigenous Americans. WP:NPA; If you can not follow basic rules for civil discussion then you do not belong here. The claim that Indigenous peoples are trying to erase Indigenous peoples is unfounded. What is founded is that Wikipedia requires reliable sources when content is being added to an article. Wikipedia does not say a Cusabo tribe does not exist. Wikipedia says that we have been unable to find reliable sources to confirm a Cusabo tribe exists today. This article will still be here to edit and update should reliable sources be found. What potentially won't be here is your ability to edit if you continue to make personal attacks and cast aspersions on other editors. --ARoseWolf 14:34, 21 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Your comment is also negative and ignorant because Cusabo is not a tribe. It is a name that was assigned to all the coastal tribes of South Carolina and yes, attempts at erasure does happen between indigenous peoples. I suggest educating yourself before talking down to others because you clearly don't know what you're talking about. Dtreu99 (talk) 23:49, 23 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop attacking other editors, as you did on User talk:Dtreu99. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Comment on content, not on other contributors or people. Yuchitown (talk) 15:15, 24 December 2023 (UTC)Yuchitown[reply]

Calling out your practice of indigenous erasure is not attacking you. Perhaps you should check your ego and stop trying to make it seem like you care so much about content. You do not. You are erasing indigenous peoples and I will not stand for it. Dtreu99 (talk) 23:21, 7 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I would also appreciate it if you stop harassing me and stop getting other accounts on Wikipedia to harass me as well. I am sure that also goes against Wikipedia guidelines. That is a true attack. This is your final warning. Dtreu99 (talk) 23:34, 7 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
