Disambiguation link notification for April 6[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited The White Octave, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Hometown. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, --DPL bot (talk) 06:04, 6 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

2004 in science[edit]

Hi. In this edit you linked 2004 to the page 2004 in science. Why? Nothing in that page even remotely relates to Wilhelm Rontgen. More generally the purpose of a date is a history is to situate a reader in time. The other events on that date may nor much more likely may not be relevant. I am opposed to converting every date in every science article to a link to unrelated events in that year. Johnjbarton (talk) 01:40, 8 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Noted. I will not covert every date in every science article to unrelated events in that year. Jake (talk) 01:47, 8 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
