Other than Brazil do you have a source for which teams will be participating in the 2023 Pan Continental Curling Championships Men's & Women's B Division, teams at a tournament like this participate one year and then not the next especially in the lower ranking. This is why that chart wasn't there yet. I know for fact the Philippines is working to make their debut at this event this year, (via a twitter conversation I had with them) but I don't know if such a thing was finalized.
