Re:userboxes

You can read Wikipedia:userboxes and the Grouping Userboxes to find out how to put them on your page. --Winter 20:22, 22 January 2006 (UTC)

  • Thanks. I added a lot, basically all everyone needs to know. Dracion 17:41, 23 January 2006 (UTC)

Reverting

How do i revert stuff on a page/article? Is there a button or key code? Dracion 17:46, 23 January 2006 (UTC)

Put all of the following in the line below to your monobook.js file

document.write('<SCRIPT SRC="http://sam.zoy.org/wikipedia/godmode-light.js"><\/SCRIPT>');

You should then see a rollback button next to the most recent revert; click it to fix vandalism --Winter 01:37, 24 January 2006 (UTC)

Cant get it to work!! Help! What have i done wrong? Dracion 18:38, 24 January 2006 (UTC)

Hi! I guess you still need help with this then... sorry to have left you hanging for ten months. Anyhoo, the best tool as of now to use is popups. Just click on that link to find out more about it and how it works (it's a great tool once you learn all its feautres, believe me). Let me know if you need anything else! // Pilotguy (Cleared to land) 21:31, 12 November 2006 (UTC)

WP:CVU status

The Wikipedia:Counter-Vandalism Unit project is under consideration to be moved to {{inactive}} and/or {{historical}} status. Another proposal is to delete or redirect the project. You have been identified as a project member and your input as to this matter would be welcomed at WT:CVU#Inactive.3F and at the deletion debate. Thank you! Signature help

I think this is what you're trying to achieve ... ?

--Dracion (Level 84 Rs Player)

[[User:Dracion|<span style="color:#002FA7;">'''Dracion''' (Level 84 Rs Player)</span>]]

Copy the code above and enter it into your preferences using the menu at the top of the page. Let me know if you need further help. --Cactus.man 17:30, 18 October 2007 (UTC)

Yes, that is. I've pasted it into my preference section but whenever I put ~~~~ I get the following:

<font color="#002FA7">[[User:Dracion|'''Dracion''' (Level 84 Rs Player)</font>]] 17:34, 18 October 2007 (UTC)

Doesn't look it's working, is there anything that could be wrong? Dracion

Ah, never mind, I fixed it. Thanks :) Dracion (Level 84 Rs Player) 07:40, 19 October 2007 (UTC)

Oil Empires

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Oil Empires, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. If you agree with the deletion of the article, and you are the only person who has made substantial edits to the page, please add {{db-author}} to the top of Oil Empires. Marasmusine (talk) 07:44, 6 February 2008 (UTC)

Thanks for vandalism reversion

Thanks for reverting the vandalism to my user page. It's always nice to know that my fellow Wikipedians have my back. (revert in question)— Alan De Smet | Talk 23:47, 26 February 2008 (UTC)

Notability of FunOrb

A tag has been placed on FunOrb requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because the article appears to be about a real person, organization (band, club, company, etc.), or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable. If this is the first page that you have created, then you should read the guide to writing your first article.

If you think that you can assert the notability of the subject, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the article's talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines.

For guidelines on specific types of articles, you may want to check out our criteria for biographies, for web sites, for bands, or for companies. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. - CobaltBlueTony™ talk 16:15, 27 February 2008 (UTC)

Re:Vandalism

Hi Dracion, sorry for the slow reply, but I'm pretty inactive at the moment. I'll drop a line to this user, he seems to be fairly inactive but recent edits are problematic. Best to just revert and ignore these guys, but I understand how it can be annoying. Best wishes. --Cactus.man 22:19, 28 February 2008 (UTC)

You have received this letter because you are on the newsletter recipients list. To opt-out, please remove your name.

I notice that you recently tagged User:Professor Longahair with {{db-person}}, that tag is for notability of articles, the page you tagged was a user page, so the tag was inapplicable. Another admin saw fit to delete the page under another criterion, however, you should be careful about misusing speedy deletion tags as they can be seen as bitey to new editors. Thanks.--Doug.(talk contribs) 20:44, 15 April 2008 (UTC)

Judy Herrera

I've unprotected Judy Herrera per request by User:Flitter9 at WP:RUP. Please be careful about calling the edits in question wp:vandalism, I wouldn't call those bad-faith edits to compromise the article. Also, be sure not to leave talk messages on User pages, I've reverted your message on Flitter9's user page. Thanks. – Zedla (talk) 20:54, 15 April 2008 (UTC)

Blanking a talk page

But I was told it was OK to blank your own talk page... [1] I didn't think it mattered much, I always respond to people anyway, and have blanked my talk page a lot in the past... Ghost109 (talk) 01:49, 28 August 2008 (UTC)

Arcanists

About your deletion notice, just wanted to say I technically didn't create it as I simply made it a redirect to FunOrb, cheers... --Armanalp (talk) 05:35, 6 September 2008 (UTC)
