Apollo 11 "Moon hoax"[edit]

Your recent edits to Apollo 11 have been reverted, because they violate a number of Wikipedia policies, as interpreted by consensus in an archived discussion on the talk page (please see Talk:Apollo 11/Archive 3#No conspracy exposition?.) The article already contains a link to Moon landing conspiracy theories in its See Also section, and that article in turn references the person and movie you highlighted. To include this again in this article would place undue weight on the theory, in violation of WP:FRINGE.

Also, you cannot use another Wikipedia article as a citation as you did; Wikipedia cannot cite itself as a reliable source (WP:VERIFY.)

Also, style guidelines state that a consistent version of English (US vs. British) should be used; the article already uses "program" (because it is about an American spaceflight) in several places, so "programme" is inconsistent. JustinTime55 (talk) 16:36, 14 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
