Hi There!

I'm kinda hoping that Wikipedia automatically makes those intro pages... because it would be insanely annoying to go through and add them in manually.

I just thought I'd say hi! ^^

Re: GPG PGP key

Of course, you can borrow anything you like from any of my pages. I borrowed just about all of the good stuff myself. ;-)

I adapted my user page from Gurch's user page last year, before Gurch got really upset and abandoned the project. It's a terrible shame, because he was very helpful to me and to everyone else.

The PGP userbox is Misza's, and I changed the colors to mesh with my user page. Linking to my public key via an EL to my blog would be ideal, like Misza does, but I need anonymity. If you like, I'd be happy to protect your subpage with your public key – just let me know if/when you're ready.

Feel free to copy anything you like from anything of mine. I learned by copying and experimentation, so copy and experiment! If I can do anything else for you, just buzz – KrakatoaKatie 05:27, 1 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Language proficiency

Good faith does not include accepting misleading information. Did you read those edits yourself? 83.31.160.132 09:08, 2 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I do not see what you are referring to... Please refrain from personal attacks on specific editors such as you did on the user page for Galileo. For more information please see Wikipedia:No personal attacks. Thanks ✬Dillard421✬ (talkcontribs) 09:22, 2 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Sure. I know of UK-US spelling differences and they did not concern me. There referents, say grammar errors, were in the diffs themselves. I don't think that my edit was a personal attack. I guess that near-native users are often offered translations and negotiations. That's a significant task. I hardly imagine that one could accept such duties without actually living abroad for some time. And now compare it with the discussed edits. Oh well, perhaps the interested party will reconsider their userbox individually. We shall see in a month or so. :) 83.31.160.132 09:40, 2 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
You might consider creating an account. There are no disadvantages of creating an account. I feel that User pages are at the discretion of the individual user to change, unless specifically stated by them. User pages are not encyclopedia pages. Please do not alter them without prior permission. If you have a comment about a specific user, please leave it on the talk page of the user, rather than changing the babel userbox. This discussion is over, i will not continue to feed the troll. Thanks. ✬Dillard421✬ (talkcontribs) 18:15, 2 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Why you hatin, Dillard?! Naa Koshie Mills in an up and coming author in the downtown Seattle area!!—Preceding unsigned comment added by Jaanai (talkcontribs)

Please see Wikipedia:Criteria for speedy deletion and Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not. It has been nominated for speedy deletion, if you believe that it should stay, please state why on the talk page of the article. Thanks ✬Dillard421✬ (talkcontribs) 09:15, 2 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Meatcake wiki

Hi, Dillard!

This is the owner and creator of Black Widow Bakery, and the meatcake. Wow, good catch! I didn't authorize the wiki, but I don't mind that it exists. It's funny, even, that someone actually created this. My materials are under Creative Commons license, but I'm wiki-deficient and don't know how to add that tag to the image. I'll smarten myself up on Wiki know-how and take care of it. Thanks for calling this to my attention! —Preceding unsigned comment added by Tragerstreit (talkcontribs) 05:35, 5 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Last comment

Was the last comment OK? It was on the content of your warning, so I thought you would appreciate it. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.15.152.58 (talk)

You have been reported to the Administrators for not adhearing to the warnings. Please dont vandalize Wikipedia. Thanks ✬Dillard421✬ (talkcontribs) 08:36, 9 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Please check history of changes carefuly next time

All I did was undo the vandalism that was added to the the Hypocrisy page.

Here is the old entry that I undid (look under "Defining hypocrisy") :

http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Hypocrisy&oldid=149597882.

Thank you very much and have a nice day. 207.71.0.53 13:49, 13 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Im not sure to what you are referring to? According to your Contributions you havent made any edits to anything other than my user talk. Could it be that you forgot to sign in when you posted this reply. If you are referring to the edit that Thugzmasion preformed that i reverted then yes, that would be vandalism. Otherwise, no i do not see what you are talking about. I looked at the edit history and all i see is where rolled back to a edit that was past quite a few edits of vandalism Edit History on Hypocrisy. All the other reverts that i did were also to revert vandalism. So, if you could, please explain what you mean, because i dont see it? Thanks Also Since you are an ip account, i will assume you are not watching my talk page, so i have posted this on your talk page as well Thanks ✬Dillard421✬ (talkcontribs) 02:21, 14 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

My comment leads on from this. An anon just added to the Libertad (album) article and you misused the rollback function to revert the edits. The anon edited in good faith and added to the article - it might appear to have been spam but it was not. Please be careful when performing such actions and check the history/truth of the edits - I know it takes longer and you were trying to get rid of spam. violet/riga (t) 09:34, 21 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry, my mistake, everyone makes them from time to time. As for the above post, i dont see how it has much to do with my mistake on Libertad (album)? Thanks ✬Dillard421✬ (talkcontribs) 09:40, 21 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Barnstar

Hey, thanks for the award. I don't mind reverting the vandalism on your talk page. If you want me to semi-protect your userpage let me know. - Gilliam 02:33, 25 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Sure that would be awesome if you could semi protect it. :) Thanks again! ✬Dillard421✬ (talkcontribs) 21:45, 25 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Done at your request. If you need any more admin actions you can let me know. Thanks, Gilliam 06:12, 27 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Vandalism

I see that you are trying to revert vandelism that someone is doing to the Benjy Bronk article under Howard Stern Show. How do I warn users that are doing vandalism and how do I report them? THANKS!!! --Craigelliott 20:08, 19 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, you were wanting more information on vandalism. First i recommend that you read this article to find out what vandalism is: Wikipedia:Vandalism. As far as warnings go, i recommend you read this project page, WikiProject user warnings. To revert vandalism, i use a tool called Twinkle. It is very useful in reverting vandalism and warning the users. Please be careful with automated tools, sometimes they allow one to not think when they should ;) -- (i know from experience) I recommend that you first learn what the different types of vandalism are, what the different templates mean, and what the levels of warning templates are used for. Please always remember to Assume good faith. This is one of the core fundamental principals of the Wikipedia. And always if you have any questions, you can ask me on my talk page. Good luck! :) ✬Dillard421✬ (talkcontribs) 02:24, 24 September 2007 (UTC) posted on your talk page as well just in case you forgot to watch my talk :)[reply]

Troy Aikman

I noticed an ugly looking {{{caption}}} right underneath Troy Aikman's picture, so I decided to fix it (with the expectation that someone would fix the caption to something more appropriate to the situation). Instead you reverted the stupid thing so it said {{{caption}}} again. So I went back and reverted it to my message, except deleting the "looking as sexy as ever", without realizing you had edited it again before me. In other words, don't give this condescending bullshit on how I ought to experiment in the goddamn sandbox, as if I'm completely inept at editing wikipedia articles, you buffoon. Go ahead and block me, keep a "good faith" contributor from ever visiting this site again, since you seem to take offense at the slightest thing. I hate you wikipedia freaks with nothing better to do. --Chrishans 06:05, 24 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Please step back and take a moment to cool down. If you would please check the edit history of the page (as well as the comment on your talk page), you would see that i changed the caption to American football quarterback. I did in no way mean to offend you, please remember that the wikipedia is an encyclopedia, and as such it carries a serious tone. Please try to not engage in personal attacks with fellow editors, you can be blocked for this. I would hate to see a good faith contributor get blocked. Thanks ✬Dillard421✬ (talkcontribs) 06:14, 24 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Cleanup templates

Just to let you know that most cleanup templates, like "unreferenced", "fact", "cleanup"etc., are best not "subst"ed. See WP:SUBST for more details. Regards, Rich Farmbrough, 09:54 24 September 2007 (GMT).

oh yeah sorry about that, it was late last night, and now that i think about it i realize my mistake. Isnt it something about the database to where they shouldn't be substed, or something like that. anyways, it was just one template, and im sure you fixed it. Thanks for the heads up. ✬Dillard421✬ (talkcontribs) 15:38, 24 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I'm reverting obvious, simple vandalism – the repeated removal of a speedy deletion tag. Is that not exempt from WP:3RR? hbdragon88 02:16, 26 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Yes you are correct, it is clearly stated in Wikipedia:Vandalism#Types_of_vandalism. Warning removed! sorry! x.x ✬Dillard421✬ (talkcontribs) 02:20, 26 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

BTW, your user page is very fasincating. Both my sisters took Spanish in high school, but I opted to take ASL, as it was accepted as a foreign language in the colleges I was applying to. It was an interesting language, though like other languages I haven't practiced at all and have forgotten nearly everything. hbdragon88 04:30, 26 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Today, his legacy has grown to include 46 stores in 26 Texas cities and almost 9,000 team members putting their hearts and souls into serving their guests and their communities.

the statement is so obviously pov, i'm pretty surprised you question the modification.thank you/ Astuishin (talk) 20:03, 29 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Well then rather than changing the whole sentence, why dont we just remove what makes it pov and make it Today, his legacy has grown to include 46 stores in 26 Texas cities and almost 9,000 team members serving their guests and their communities. You can see the change here Thanks ✬Dillard421✬ (talkcontribs) 20:07, 29 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I thank you for adding the welcome template to my user talk page, but I have been active on the English Wikipedia for almost two years now!. Anyway, thank you. Thrane 11:46, 2 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
