You may want to read the notability guideline WP:BIO. One of the article's references is a rather dubious "citizen news driven online medium committed to exposing hidden things done by government" (which to me reads "gossip site"), the other is a forum post by the subject of the article itself. That's not the kind of significant news coverage we need to establish that Success is notable enough to be the subject of an encyclopedia article. Huon (talk) 20:33, 3 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Please note that being a legislative aide to a politician is not something that a person is entitled to have a Wikipedia article for. If the problem with sourcing it well enough to pass our general notability rules is that he doesn't have newspaper coverage, as you've previously stated, then he simply does not get to have a Wikipedia article. And, in fact, you can be blocked from editing Wikipedia for being disruptive if you keep trying to recreate an article that doesn't pass our inclusion standards — so you need to stop this.
