Hi Doug. I'm somewhat perplexed as to what content you say I added which was not in the reliable source? I added a link to The Voice, a reputable third party source, which stated exactly what my edit said, that Bokhari was appointed to Khan's diversity board. The reference to Bokhari's stance on Ahmadiyya communities comes from the preceding sentence. If it helps, the very same reference can be re-added here for clarification. Dgjefferson (talk) 16:53, 12 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

No, this is [[WP:NOR|original research. You have no sources that say despite his stance on Ahmadiyya he was appointed. This is a WP:BLP violation as well. If you disagree, you can go to WP:NORN and show it isn't original research. You don't have a reliable source that says what you want to say so WP:RSN doesn't apply. I hope you aren't going to continue these BLP violations, and note that although there are few exemptions from 3RR, BLP violations are one of them. Doug Weller talk 17:19, 12 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I didn't realise that this would be considered original research. Happy to defer to your judgement as a longtime admin. Will try to keep an eye on this issue and correct any other potential BLP violations in the entry Dgjefferson (talk) 13:09, 14 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I've taken Harris Bokhari to BLPN

I think it needs other people looking at it. Certainly the website run by the Alliance for Workers' Liberty should not be used in his article. Doug Weller talk 17:33, 12 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Can you clarify why the Alliance for Workers' Liberty would not be an appropriate source here? Thanks. Happy for it to be removed if it doesn't fit Wikipedia guidelines but just want to understand why this is the case (I used it because it seems like a credible third party source on the left that might not normally be seen to be critical of the Muslim Brotherhood).

Also while you're here would you be able to take a look at the nomination for deletion discussion? Thanks Dgjefferson (talk) 13:20, 14 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
