I notice you seem to have layed out your user page like User:Gantlet. The problem with that is you can not yet have permission on this account for rollback or twinkle because your account has not been confirmed yet. It is therefore misleading to state you have these on your user page. If you are User:Gantlet trying to move names then you need this changing username page. Happy editing!
