I like the photograph of Shinzo Abe you've uploaded, and it might be useful elsewhere in the article, but before that I need the answers to the below questions. You have no email activated so I'm posting them here:

1. When was this photo taken?
2. Who took it?
3. On the image page you put both the public domain template {{PD}} and the Creative Common attribution template {{cc-by}} on the description. Which of these licenses is the photo actually released under? They don't make much sense on the same page.

Your account will be renamed

The developer team at Wikimedia is making some changes to how accounts work, as part of our on-going efforts to provide new and better tools for our users like cross-wiki notifications. These changes will mean you have the same account name everywhere.
