I have nothing to do with RoquiSantan, etc I am maintaining neutrality in my edits. and writing about chain of events leading to a cause, that is Chain of Events leading to Democracy in Goa. let me explain in brief :- Goa was liberated.... and Lt.Governor was appointed....Lt.Governor nominates 29 member committee for administration of Goa.... RoquiSantan a prince of Goa opposes and organised 'fast unto death'/ Satayagrah..... PM Nehru intervene and holds first election in Goa.... ^[1]....Goa went for poll in 1963.....Roqui Santan is popularly known as Father of Goan Democracy.
