A significant chunk of the material you are posting on Ron Jacks is a direct copy from here. Please either rewrite it, gain copyright permission and note this permission in the article, or remove the content before reposting the article again. The article has been listed as a copyright violator elsewhere so reverting does not do anything - it would still be deleted by an admin. -localzuk 15:25, 5 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I found the <link> tag in the HTML source that declares it as GFDL, but it would probably behoove you to note that on the site somewhere as most people aren't going to know to look in the source code. IMHO the best place would be on the privacy policy, changing the name of the link of "Privacy Policy and Copyright" or something. Regardless, I've removed the copyvio notice from Ron Jacks since it's now compatible. Regards, howcheng {chat} 23:30, 20 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Unreferenced BLPs

[edit]

Hello Dcrawford! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 2 of the articles that you created are tagged as Unreferenced Biographies of Living Persons. The biographies of living persons policy requires that all personal or potentially controversial information be sourced. In addition, to insure verifiability, all biographies should be based on reliable sources. if you were to bring these articles up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 696 article backlog. Once the articles are adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the list:

  1. Ron Jacks - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs· FENS · JSTOR · TWL
  2. Neil Campbell (rower) - Find sources: Google (books · news · scholar · free images · WP refs· FENS · JSTOR · TWL
