Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, introducing inappropriate pages, such as Charles Servizio - Superflo - Shaun McDaniel - Home to 5 Push-Up Legends, is not in accordance with our policies. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. References[edit]

Referencing may look daunting, but it's easy enough to do. Here's a guide to getting started. References are important to validate your writing and inform the reader. Any editor can remove unreferenced material, and unsubstantiated articles may end up getting deleted, so when you add something to an article, it's advisable to also include a reference to say from where it came. If you need any assistance, let me know.

Paul Lynch Boxer?[edit]

I think Paul Lynch was a bare knuckle boxing champion as well (if there is such a thing). I think I remember a documentary about him on BBC2 in the early 1990's. They followed him training before a fight, but it was a hoax. Just thought I would mention it to you.--137.191.241.9 (talk) 17:49, 21 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
