I believe that the words exist. In fact, I've read the articles from which they came. That's how I know they were taken out of context. You have not presented them in their original context (instead you've used them to imply a libelous affair), or provided acceptable sources for them, or explained how they are relevant or appropriate to the articles in question--all important aspects of editing on Wikipedia. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve.
