Though I don't object to your recent edit to Algebra, where you make al-Khwārizmī be Persian, you should be aware that your edit could stir up a nationalistic dispute. It would therefore be good if you would add a few words of explanation at Talk:Algebra. Note that this question has already been heavily disputed at Talk:Muhammad ibn Mūsā al-Khwārizmī#Was he Arab or Persian? Does_it_really_matter?. Given the risk of stirring things up, if you would revert your change, it might simplify matters. EdJohnston 22:28, 18 August 2007 (UTC)
