Making an assumption[edit]
that you are the poster on the talkpage. Perhaps if you showed a bit more notability, things would go better. As it is, it's a person doing a job (and as to what, who knows?). Look at WP:BIO if you're writing about him, WP:CORP if the company. In both cases, WP:RS reliable independent sources are essential. Without them, you're working at the "Shawn is aaaawwwwweeeeessssoooommmmeeee!!!" level. (OK, Ford haven't been knocking on Shawn's door - that's usually neighbours or police - bot you have to prove that they have on Gary's...) See what you think after reading.
