Welcome to Wikipedia. I have noticed that some of your recent genre changes, such as the one you made to Quidam (album), have conflicted with our neutral point of view and verifiability policies. While we invite all users to contribute constructively to Wikipedia, we urge all editors to provide reliable sources for edits made. When others disagree, we recommend you to seek consensus for certain edits. Thank you.  -- WikHead (talk) 01:36, 15 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Please refrain from changing genres, as you did to The Sentinel (album), without providing a source and without establishing a consensus on the article's talk page first. Genre changes to suit your own point of view are considered disruptive. Thank you.  -- WikHead (talk) 01:38, 15 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

As above, like you did on A Saucerful of Secrets. yeepsi (Time for a chat?) 17:45, 21 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. I have noticed that some of your recent genre changes, such as the one you made here to In the Air Tonight, have conflicted with our neutral point of view and verifiability policies. While we invite all users to contribute constructively to Wikipedia, we urge all editors to provide reliable sources for edits made. When others disagree, we recommend you to seek consensus for certain edits. Thank you. Dan56 (talk) 18:57, 17 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Please refrain from changing genres, as you did to The Piper at the Gates of Dawn, without providing a source and without establishing a consensus on the article's talk page first. Genre changes to suit your own point of view are considered disruptive. Thank you. Dan56 (talk) 16:57, 18 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to change genres without discussion or sources, as you did at The Sentinel (album), you may be blocked from editing. Dan56 (talk) 09:39, 26 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Warning icon Please stop. If you continue to change genres without discussion or sources, as you did at Misplaced Childhood, you may be blocked from editing. Genre changing of this nature wastes time. Backtable Speak to meconcerning my deeds. 23:44, 11 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

This is the final warning that you will receive regarding continued genre changing without discussion or sources. If you choose to continue, as you did at Dreamer (Supertramp song), you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Lady Pank (album), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page New wave (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to change genres without discussion or sources, as you did at Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band, you may be blocked from editing. Dan56 (talk) 21:19, 25 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Please avoid using Allmusic's sidebar as a source in WP:ALBUMS articles. They are often incongruous with the actual reviews (Wikipedia:WikiProject Albums/Sources#Sources to avoid), and the only opinions that should be cited are by reliable authors. And please, try to edit/research articles and topics wholly, not exclusively genres on music articles. Thank you. Dan56 (talk) 11:57, 28 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Judging from your edit history, you're citing simplistic, unreliable tertiary websites like Discogs and RateMyMusic. The best practice is to research the most reliable sources on a topic instead, and secondary sources such as published works by reputed sources are preferred; e.g. [music journalist] calls Sgt. Pepper's a [genre] album. Dan56 (talk) 12:10, 28 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
