Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information; to add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. If there doesn't seem to be a suitable tag, the image is probably not appropriate for use on Wikipedia.

Hi, I see you have created the article about The 19th Step. Please make note that this movie is not officially confirmed by any of the alleged producers or Kamal Haasan himself. It is only at a rumour level right now. Please do not create movie articles that have not been officially confirmed yet, even though there are several sources that say there might be such a movie coming. Wikipedia rules only allow movie articles to be created when shooting has officially been started or announced.
