katrina political quotes

(i.e. the quotes you posted in Hurricane_Katrina#Claims_of_restrictions_on_the_media should according to the concensus on Talk:Hurricane_Katrina be in Political_effects_of_Hurricane_Katrina so I moved them to Talk:Political_effects_of_Hurricane_Katrina#quotations_removed_from_main_Katrina_page_.28press_censorship_claims.29 but I don't have time to integrate them into that article.
