I have reverted your last edit posted at Iosif Stalin tank. You are currently violating several of our core policy issues and it is important that you cease this conduct. You should definitely read WP:3RR, WP:BRD, and WP:V before deciding to reinstate the content you are trying to append. Thank you for understanding, and for wanting to improve this encyclopedia. I did not break the 3rr rule I did not revert 3 times within 24 hours, I added information then I reverted 3 times over 2 days but not more than 3 times which I understand is the rule. Claimsort11 (talk) 12:48, 7 June 2012 (UTC)

I did not say that you did. I said you had violated policy (without delineating a list of specifics), that you should cease (your then current form of conduct), and then offered a few links of recommended reading) 3rr is not confined to a calendar day.
