PD-Ottoman

Hi, regarding 'File:El_Arish_00059v.jpg.' yes I saw that PD-Ottoman is showing in red which is a bit weird as it's listed in the 'Commons Copyright tags'. Could you please let me know why there is a problem here as I am confused? :) --Rskp (talk) 04:02, 31 October 2010 (UTC)

The template existed on commons but not here. I have since fixed that. --Chris 13:37, 31 October 2010 (UTC)

File:101cardtricks.jpg

There's a PUF discussion: if you could comment on it and possibly close it: Wikipedia:Possibly unfree files/2010 October 26#File:101cardtricks.jpg. Magog the Ogre (talk) 01:13, 10 November 2010 (UTC)

Looks like it's already been closed. But thanks anyway. --Chris 13:21, 11 November 2010 (UTC)

Chris, I'm confused, I thought i did tag the pictures, i must be doing it wrong, can you help me out? Thanks- (Brigidsu (talk) 21:03, 10 November 2010 (UTC))

You tagged them, but with a tag that does not exist ({{PD-2008 The Equinox Project}}), perhaps you are used to it existing on another wiki? There's also a list of public domain templates here which you could select one from. --Chris 13:10, 11 November 2010 (UTC)
You may also find Wikipedia:File copyright tags useful. --Chris 13:12, 11 November 2010 (UTC)

Request input on PR for GNOME

Hello, I saw via page analysis that you are one of the top editors of GNOME. I recently submitted it for PR and would greatly appreciate your input at Wikipedia:Peer review/GNOME/archive2 or Talk:GNOME. Thanks! –Paul M. Nguyen (chat|blame) 02:51, 13 November 2010 (UTC)
